难切金属材料的锯切加工系数表
随着中国现代制造技术的不断发展,人们对锯切效率要求越来越高。由于硬质合金带锯条能够相较于双金属带锯条成倍提升锯切效率和锯切面积,降低材料锯切成本和降低更换锯条频率,因而在难切金属的锯切应用领域,硬质合金带锯条替代双金属带锯条已是大势所趋。
下表为不锈钢、工具钢、航空合金和钛合金等进口难切金属的锯切加工系数。锯切加工系数是以45号钢为标准,相对于该材料加工效率的百分比称为锯切加工系数。加工系数越低,材料锯切难度越大,线速度和锯切效率设置值也越低。如加工系统为1的碳钢线速度设定为80m/min, 效率为70cm2/min, 而加工系数为12%的Inconel 718(国标GH4169)锯切速度只能设置为20m/min, 锯切效率设置为8cm2/min左右。
